Throughout school we have a love of reading. We read to all our children and encourage their reading to us from their first day in our Early Years Unit until they leave as a year 6 child. We have a patron for reading, Conrad Burdekin, who visits school usually three times a year - sometimes he works with parents and children together, however most of his time is spent in our classrooms.
