Oracy
We are speakers...
At Littletown oracy is entwined within all lessons. It is the ability to articulate ideas, develop understanding and engage with others through spoken language. By teaching students to become more effective speakers and listeners we empower them to better understand themselves, each other and the world around them.
In its simplest form, oracy is being able to express themselves well using a broad range of vocabulary to speak and ensure that what is said is understood by others.
